Dr. Abbey is originally from San Antonio, but has happily created a family in Tennessee for over a decade. Dr Abbey has practiced since 2009, to include five years while she was an active duty USAF officer. She is married to Dr. Volk Vinall, and together they are the proud parents of five young children. It’s a busy and wonderful season, and Dr. Abbey is sincerely grateful for the opportunity to practice in Oakland!
